Assoc. Prof. MESUT ÖZTIRAK

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mesut Öztırak started his professional career as an Education Specialist at Istanbul Aydın University Continuing Education Center, and then worked as an Education Manager at Istanbul Bilgi University Executive Development Center. During this period, he deepened his knowledge in Education Needs Analysis, Education Design, Planning and Organization, and developed projects especially for institutions in the fields of “Training of Trainers,” “Mentoring,” “Leadership and Management,” and “Change Management.” Within the scope of these projects, he collaborated with prestigious companies such as Türk Telekom Liderler Okulu, Türk Telekom Assist Group, Perfetti Van Melle, Koton, TEB, Samsung Marketing School and Arvato. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Öztırak completed his undergraduate studies in Business Administration and Aviation Management at Eskişehir Anadolu University, his graduate studies in Human Resources Management and his doctorate in Business Administration at Istanbul Aydın University. He continues to share his knowledge by providing training and consulting to public, private institutions and chambers of industry in order to contribute to the business world. He also holds aviation certificates approved by the General Directorate of Civil Aviation and has received a project writing certificate from TÜBİTAK in the field of Civil Aviation. He has contributed to many national and international publications, especially Harvard Business Review, and has published books on Digital Business, Digital Human Resources Management and Digital Entrepreneurship. He has held various management positions, including Department Head, Program Head and Career Center Founding Director. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Öztırak teaches full-time graduate courses at Istanbul Medipol University Faculty of Business and Management Sciences and part-time at Bahçeşehir University. He is a Sabancı University Executive Development Center instructor.
