Crohn's disease (CD) is a chronic inflammatory granulomatous disorder that may affect any part of the gastrointestinal tract and is often associated with extra intestinal manifestations. Extraintestinal manifestations of Crohn's disease such as erythema nodosum and pyoderma gangrenosum are well recognized. It can also present with signs and symptoms of bowel inflammation with or without the presence of fistulas/abscesses, or as a distant lesion independent from the affected bowel. The latter form is named as "Metastatic CD". The diagnosis of vulvar CD is challenging, especially in the absence of classical intestinal symptoms. Here we report two cases who presented with genital swelling and discharge and without history of inflammatory intestinal disease and intestinal complaints.
