Abstract

Introduction: The available data from the Ministry of Health and ÖSYM archives are analyzed, and the number of urologists and their distribution in the country together with the number of urology specialists and residents in the education institutions are evaluated. Education hospitals of the Ministry and university hospitals are compared. Estimating the increase rate of new urologists, a glimpse of light is lit for our colleagues to help them in shaping their future.
