The absence of any known empirical studies in the field of leadership and personal knowledge management on healthcare workers and the fact that it aims to contribute to current and future development, improvement and continuity in personal, organizational, sectoral and social context are the features that make this research meaningful and original. Purpose of the Study: The aim of this study is to adapt the Self-Leadership, Transformational Leadership and Personal Knowledge Management scales into Turkish to be used for research on healthcare professionals
