In this article, regarding the liquidation of the legal property regime between spouses, the incomes of the personal properties, that are considered to be property acquired in accordance with the fourth subparagraph second paragraph of Article No.219 of Turkish Civil Code No.4721, are reviewed and evaluated.After the observations in the doctrine regarding to the solution of major legal problems, which are suitable to be discussed, and the conclusions of the implementation (in court decisions) and our personal assessments are described in detail in the article text, only the conclusions are stated in sum and as articled in the "Conclusion" section.
