Özet

This study aims to systematically evaluate the barriers to digital transformation in healthcare using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method.A literature review and expert input guided the identification and weighting of 10 key barriers, based on the opinions of seven experts. The results revealed that the most critical barriers are high costs (0.17), technological infrastructure deficiencies (0.14), and data security and confidentiality concerns (0.13).Conversely, lack of standards was considered the least significant barrier (0.03).These findings highlight the need for strategic action to reduce costs, improve infrastructure, and ensure robust data security. To accelerate digital transformation, health policymakers and adminis-trators must develop comprehensive plans and innovative strategies that address these critical barriers.Overcoming these challenges is essential to unlock the full potential of digital technologies and enhance the quality, efficiency, and sustainability of healthcare services.
