Özet

CMK (Turkey Criminal Procedure Code, Law No. 5271) has recognized broader rights than the Code of Criminal Procedure (Turkey old Criminal Procedure Code, Law No. 1412) to the victim during the investigation process. These rights are described in our study. Purpose of this study to avoid the human rights violations by explaining the rights and obligations of the victim in the Turkish criminal justice during the investigation process.
