Abstract

In this article, the effect of Administrative Court's cancellation decision about nonprocedural tender to the public tender contract was taken into consideration. In the mentioned examination, Civil Department No. 15 of the Supreme Court's Decision (Date: 12.06.2014) was taken as a basis.
