In the last quarter of the 20th century, the governance approach came to the agenda with the influence of international organizations, but there are debates about whether it has found concrete application in the world. The fact that governance has not been implemented, or that it is only written in legal texts, reports or plans, is an indication that governance has not been sufficiently internalized, in other words, that there is a "socalled" acceptance of the implementation of the approach. The results of national and international studies to measure the level of governance show that there are problems, challenges and shortcomings in practice. However, it is a serious generalization to say that governance remains entirely on paper. Based on this discussion, the relevant literature and the web pages of the institutions were analyzed and the practices that can serve as examples of the governance approach were included in this descriptive study. In this context, the study found examples of good practices such as meetings, visits, forums, increased use of digital tools in different fields, networks and participatory practices in legal processes that bring together those who govern and those who are governed. The study also provides suggestions on the areas where concrete steps can be taken by taking into account the principles of governance, and tries to contribute to the literature on how the governance approach can find a wide range of applications.
