Left ventricular noncompaction is a rare genetic cardiomyopathy which is characterized by excessive trabeculated and spongioform left ventricule. Heart failure, thromboembolism including stroke, ventricular arrhythmia and Wolf Parkinson White Syndrome are the main complications.
