Özet

One of the prerequisites for being an effective leader is good communication, withsuccessful organisational communication positively impacting not only the leader but alsoemployees. In fact, in organisational structures with participative leadership, an efficientworking environment is most cogently created by ensuring a harmonious relationshipbetween employees and leadership. In the research conducted in the manufacturing sector,white-collar employees working in automobile companies were the focus group: specificallychosen because they are at a significant status level and their working environment is quiteintense. Within the scope of the purpose of the research, survey studies were carried outwith 334 employees in 2019, and the analysis was conducted with the SmartPLS 3.2program. As a result of the analysis, it is concluded that organisational communicationand participative leadership in organisations are positively affected by organizationalcommitment and job satisfaction.
