BÖLÜM HAKKINDA
Doğum eyleminde rol oynayan dört faktör bulunmaktadır. Bu faktörler doğum kanalı-yol (passageway), doğum objesi-yolcu (passenger), doğumu oluşturan gü.ler (powers) ve annenin psikolojisidir (psyche). Doğum eyleminin ilerleyişinde bu faktörlerin uyum içinde olması önemlidir. Bu bölümde, doğum kanalı-yolu için kemik pelvis, pelvis eklemleri, pelvisin düzlem ve çapları; doğum objesi-yolcu için fetal baş ve çapları, fetal situs, fetüsün gelen kısmı, fetal habitus ve fetal pozisyon; doğumu oluşturan gü.ler için uterin aktivite, karın kasları ve diyafram basıncı, amnios sıvısının servikse uyguladığı basınç ve annenin psikolojik durumu ile ilgili bilgiler yer almaktadır.

ABOUT the CHAPTER
There are four factors that play a role in the process of childbirth. These factors are the birth
canal (passageway), the birth object (passenger), the forces that generate the birth (powers),
and the mother's psyche. It is important for these factors to be in harmony during the progress
of childbirth. In this section, you will find information regarding the birth canal, including the
pelvic bones, pelvic joints, and the planes and diameters of the pelvis. For the birth object, it
includes the fetal head and its measurements, fetal situs, the presenting part of the fetus, fetal
habitus, and fetal position. The forces that generate the birth refer to uterine activity, abdominal
muscles, and diaphragm pressure, as well as the pressure exerted by the amniotic fluid on the
cervix. Information regarding the mother's psychological state is also provided.
