Global Standard Temperature Partial Trends for Dynamic Climate Change Impact Interpretations

Özet

Global warming evidence has been documented by different authors based on the long years’ monthly temperature measurements since 1881. The fourth Assessment Report of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) indicates that the global temperature increase in the 21st century is likely to be around 0.76 °C in the light of climate model projection results, while the fifth report includes an increase range between 0.3 °C and 4.5 °C. This paper uses the concept analysis of temperature trend identification (TTI) such as the innovative trend analysis (ITA) method in applications by considering two-half global temperature record, namely the old part and the last part, provides an innovative model for the global warming phenomenon that cannot be obtained by any known methodology in the open literature. This methodology also presents various features of global standard temperature increases over the entire record period on a monthly and annual basis, leading to a series of verbal interpretations and numerical values for “Low” (minimum), “Medium” (moderate) and “High” (maximum) temperature records. The TTI approach shows, on average, temperature increases of 0.9 °C and 1.78 °C for the “Low” and “High” temperatures, respectively, in addition to the average incremental temperature of 1.33 °C, indicated in the 2023 IPCC report as 1.45oC.
